Network of PhD Students

The PharMetrX Network of PhD Students brings together current and former PhD students to expand the strong and unique bond to PharMetrX across the different student year. Every other year, current and former PhD students meet to share and discuss ‘hot topics’ in the world of pharmacometrics – across academia and industry.

Hot topics in pharmacometrics

The Network Meeting is planed and organized by a group of PhD students, comprising current & former students, students from the PharMetrX Research+ Program as well as the PharMetrX Training+ Program. The meetings have seen "science speed dating" for a kick-start, discussion of hot topics (e.g., "What happend to the modeling and simulation revolution?" etc), guest lectures and panel discussions (e.g., on career tracks). The Network Meeting typically starts with an informal get-together at the preceding evening.

Certificate Awarding

As part of the Network Meeting, we award the certificate for successful attendance of the module curriculum to two consecutive student years. In contrast to many other PhD programs, however, this is not the end, but rather the start of a life-long relationship to a continuously growing network of peers.

Social Activities

Of course, we also have lot of fun during social activities.
